Apartment reservation
You can book any apartment from our web site on any dates for not less than 2 nights.
If you want to rent an apartment for one night only, we cannot guarantee booking of particular apartment. In this case we can offer you the following variants:
You can send us request and, if the apartment will be free on these dates (for example: the apartment will be available on that very night) we can guarantee You booking of specific apartment.
Booking the apartment on the day of arrival. You can call us when you arrive to Kiev and we will offer you an apartment.

Check In & Check Out
Check In – 1:00 PM
Check Out – 12:00 AM
Early check in (before 1 pm) is possible only in case of additional payment and after agreement with the manager!
Late check out (before 6 pm) is possible in case of additional payment for the half of the day, late check out after 6 pm in case of additional payment for the whole day and after agreement with the manager.
This additional payment is conditioned due to the reason, that our company will have to reject other clients to settle in this apartment.

Prepayment
Guest guarantee apartment reservation by making prepayment:
Prepayment will be included to the total price of apartment rental.
In case of non-show, cost of one night will be taken as a penalty and cannot be refundable. The dates of apartment reservation cannot be changed on another dates. On the day of your arrival, you are to pay for the all period of your living in the apartment.
You can do the prepayment using the following ways:
- Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted for payments,
- via Western Union, Travelex, Anelik,
- cash in our office (if You have representatives in Kiev)
We can guarantee reservation of the apartment only after receiving your prepayment.
After receiving your prepayment (cost of one night of apartment rental), we send You confirmation of apartment reservation!
Without prepayment, we can’t guarantee booking of apartment. In that case, you can call us after your arrival to Kiev and, if chosen apartment will be available, we will settle you in, or we can offer You another variant of the same level!

Cancellation
In case of no show or booking cancellation, prepayment cannot be returned.
In case of changing the dates of Your arrival, prepayment will not be returned. In this case, your booking will be cancelled and You will have to book an apartment again.
Receiving your prepayment, we refuse to other clients, who want to book this apartment for the same dates. In case you cancel the booking, we sustain loses, that is why we do not return your prepayment.

Pforce Majeure
Our company has the right to change booked apartment on another apartment of the same level, price and location only in case of pforce majeure situation (problems with water supply, electricity etc.).
